I am a handicapped person and was not allowed to bring cart out to my car which by the way was not parked in a handicap accessible spot as they were all taken. Slow cashier's. I usually go to Toms River stores on Hooper and Fischer but was in area. Never Again. Total Disaster. Carts get stuck ridiculously on carpet at entrance. You literally can stumble. Very unhappy.
