  Mona is INCREDIBLE!!! She is a miracle worker! I bought my dress off the rack at David's Bridal and it was about 6 sizes too big! she was so accommodating and made my dress fit me like a glove without any signs that she has to pretty much take my dress apart and put it back together! I will continue to always be a loyal customer of Mona's! She is so talented and amazing at what she does! As if that wasn't enough she is super sweet and so friendly! I highly highly recommend Mona! She won't disappoint!!!

  Mona is extremely rude, provides very bad service and has a nasty attitude!! The first time we meet, she rushed me out the store to attend to other clients walking in. Worst of all, I had to come back to her shop numerous times for the sloppy work she conducted on my wedding dress. Very poor quality of work as there were tones of stains remaining on dress and her stiching was off completely. I had to go to another store just to buy extra material to fix her sloppy mistakes. When I finally went to pick up the dress after many alterations from mistakes she made, I simply asked for a discount. She completely flipped out on me and acted extreme unprofessional. She refused to give me a discount after all that and yeld at me in front of other clients. I would rate her a 0 if I could but that isn't an option. Overall, very very bad service and I would not recommend using Mona for any cleaning or alteration services period. Do not bring your dress here if you have any sense. Warning to all!! Thank You
