  I hate to leave a bad review. I have tried for the last 9 months to get our problems resolved. At first, I called the Brick store with the dilemma, immediately. The base of our cabinets were falling apart & fraying the day of installation. We also had a cracked cabinet door, & the side of the cabinets are cracked. The shelves inside the cabinet are not solid wood. They are also fraying. After several calls, we were getting no where. We even sent them the pictures. Keep in mind, all the cabinets weren’t even installed yet. Finally, the store tells us to call the manufacturer, & 9 months later, we still have the same exact problem. They had the audacity to say the damage is wear & tear. We keep asking them to send a representative out to see how bad the quality of the cabinets really are. I would never recommend them. Installation was done in April/May 2017. We have email, text & picture evidence.

  Wonderful experience from beginning to end. We love our new kitchen! I would recommend this store to anyone who needs professional design help and quality cabinets at a good price.
